Acro is a form of classical dance combined with precision acrobatic moves. Established dancers can  increase their flexibility and enhance their techniques, whilst new students can gain core strength, a higher level of fitness, stamina and discipline. 

 

Students are advised to take gymnastics lessons alongside acro to secure "tricks" but at our classes, we have a fully qualified gymnastics coach on hand to guide already established moves into the acrobatic sector.
